We started using Long Life Bushing Assembly about three years ago to solve the problems of excessive cam shaft, bushing and spider wear which is common on single point suspensions. The first set of LLBA is still in perfect condition. The LLBA repairs worn spiders, thus causing brakes to work like new. LLBA is a great money-saving product!

"I have used four sets of the Extended Life Bushing Assemblies and I'm very pleased and satisfied. If these wouldn't have been available I would have had to replace complete axles on these units. Would recommend to everyone."
Thanks very much!

"Gibson's Long Life Bushing Assembly is a must have for all trailers... We have used them on our trailers for the last 5 years and have had no maintenance on them whatsoever. As our bushings wear out on our new trailers we will definitely be putting the LLBA system on them also. This system will prevent you from down time and loss of income on regular bushing repairs."

We put the first set on over a year and a half ago and have them on five of our 25 trailers so far. The LLBA's have saved us a lot of time in the shop. Our brakes last longer and we have not needed to change bushings since we installed the LLBA. Before we were changing them with every brake job. We will continue to convert our trailers as they come due for brake jobs."

"With conventional s-cam bushings I would have had to change brakes, s-cams and s-cam bushings every brake job between 90,000-92,000 miles. In April 2003 I installed LLBA’s, since that time I have not replaced a worn out s-cam or s-cam bushing. I also increased my brake life by 15,000 to 20,000 miles."

"Our transportation company switched to LLBA brake cam assemblies app. 2 1/2 years ago. Our company is saving time and money on brake cam servicing. Specifically, our greasing intervals have been extended from every 2 weeks to every 6-8 weeks. Had we not switched to LLBA, we would have typically replaced 3 sets of brake cam assemblies by now."
